The molecules of other nutritional foods around us becomes portion of us, moves through us, nourishes us, touches and changes us. Because of this exchange, it behooves us to look at care in our environment, and people around us. We are connected from the air we share.
And most obvious ' breath is life. If we have been breathing, and we know it, we're alive! Breathing is often a full mind-body-spirit experience.
